I, in full possession of my mental faculties and with full knowledge of the services I will receive, hereby give my consent to be treated at HAPPY MASSAGE

I understand and accept that the services offered at this center involve the physical manipulation of my body through massage techniques aimed at promoting my well-being and relaxation.

I have been clearly informed about the potential benefits and risks associated with massages, including, but not limited to, the possibility of experiencing mild pain, temporary discomfort, or unexpected reactions in my body.

Furthermore, I understand that if any illness, injury, or medical condition is evident during the massage in my body, that may be aggravated by physical manipulation or that could affect the health of the masseuse, the massage will be immediately stopped for safety and well-being reasons. I acknowledge that in such a case, I will not be able to continue with the massage, and no refund will be issued.

I confirm that the functioning of the services I will receive has been explained to me clearly and comprehensibly, as well as the terms and conditions related to my participation in these services.

I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the therapist of any relevant medical condition, pre-existing injury, or specific sensitivity before starting the massage.

I sign this consent voluntarily and without coercion, demonstrating my agreement with the terms stated herein.
